§ 30.01. COMMISSIONERS TO BE ELECTED BY VOTERS OF THE WHOLE COUNTY.

Under the law of this state, the members of the Board of County Commissioners are elected by the residents of each of the Commissioner's districts of the county by the voters of the whole county.
