§ 31.245. DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOARD. The Lake County Sewer Board.
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Lake.
COUNCIL. The Lake County Council.
DEPARTMENT. The Lake County Sewer Department established under this subchapter.
