§ 31.305. COMMISSION MEETINGS.

  • (A) At the first meeting of each calendar year, the members shall elect a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary, and any other officers that the Commission determines are necessary.
    (B) At the first meeting of each calendar year, the Commission shall establish a schedule of the year’s regular meetings. The Commission shall meet at least quarterly and more often if necessary.
    (C) A special meeting of the Commission may be called by the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, or Secretary, or by three Commission members. At least six days’ written notice is required unless the meeting is called to deal with an emergency under I.C. 5-14-1.5-5. The written notice must include a specific statement of the meeting’s purpose.
