§ 159.05. REMOVAL BY CANDIDATE OR POLITICAL PARTY.

Removal of political signs permitted under this chapter shall be the responsibility of the candidate or political party advertised and shall be removed within ten days after the election. The county may cause removal of the signs remaining after expiration of the appropriate ten-day period.
