§ 159.07. REMOVAL COSTS.

The cost(s) for removal for political signs permitted under this chapter shall be deemed a civil debt due and owing the county which may be collected by the appropriate legal means. The cost of removal shall be calculated on an hourly basis of $25 per hour per Lake County worker needed to remove the signs.
